Cello by Mina Mazzolari “Montagnana”, 2020

An incredible copy of a Montagnana cello made in Cremona in 2020 by Mina Mazzolari in the atelier of Master Luthier Edgar Russ. Very well constructed, it has the physical and sound characteristics to match an antique Italian cello. It responds very quickly and projects extremely well. It has an outstanding low register and powerful high end. This cello would be ideally suited to someone who plays a lot of solo repertoire and chamber music and needs to stand out on stage. The cello comes certified from the Luthier as well as the Consorzio Liutai Antonio Stradivari, Cremona.

Cremonese Violin by Mina Mazzolari, 2022

Mina Mazzolari is an award-winning maker working in the wonderful city of Cremona in the workshop of Edgar Russ. She is known for making soloist level instruments that always deliver on sound, and this one is no exception. We tried this violin in Cremona and we were immediately impressed by the sound. It has a laser-like focus and the response feels extremely pleasing to the player. If you are looking for an instrument with depth and projection, this is certainly one to try!
