Julia Pasch is one of the leading violin makers of her generation. Based in the former composition house of Richard Wagner in Vienna, she crafts distinctive instruments renowned for their vibrant character and powerful tone. Having trained with violin maker Stefan-Peter Greiner and physicist Dr. Heinrich Dünnwald, Julia has developed her own unique style, emphasising both projection and a wide range of tonal colours.
This is the first of Julia's violins we've had the pleasure of offering, and we are thoroughly impressed by its craftsmanship and sound. The instrument boasts a striking golden appearance and produces a resonant, powerful tone from the very first note. Its E string projects effortlessly, complemented by a rich, warm core in the middle strings, making it exceptionally rewarding to play.
